Message Well guys , Here I am with my car still sitting, waiting for the work to be done on it. Russell at Z1 Motorsports followed up with me and went COMPLETELY and ABOVE the call to rectify the situation. I take my hat off to him and I advise anyone that has a problem with Z1 to talk with him (directly) and get an idea of the type of guy he is....He stepped up to the plate and shipped me a set of JWT Sport 500'S at HIS COST,shipping, etc. He took the imposter 500's back with no expense to me...As you know the budgets for these Z cars can grow very fast and he helped ease the pain regarding the turbos. As it turns out,Z1 DID NOT make a mistake with the turbos they said were Sport 500's and there was just alot of miscommunication involved with the whole transaction. Russel walked me thru the teardown of a set of 500's and of the stock turbos and let me see for myself the difference in turbine inlet/outlet wheel size. I feel in my heart that Z1 DID NOT try to deceive me in any way but that it was all a big mix-up that, in the end, made Z1 look bad. I can still attest that Z1 is a larger operation that could use alittle improvement in the customer service area, but Robert Lee and Russell went the extra mile for me and they have my vote of confidence for future transactions. They have a set of JWT Sport 500's on the way to me at a LOW price and they have covered ALL EXPENSES involved. Russel,Robert,I take my hat off to you guys for standing behind your products and shouldering the load involved with this ordeal. I know many of you have dealt with Z1 in the past and have formed your own opinions of their conduct but I just want to say, when the chips were down, Russell was willing to do anything in his power to make it right for me. That means everything to me...Right is right and wrong is wrong....Russell did NOT try screw me but in fact, did his best to right this whole ordeal. As I said before, Russell, I salute you and THANKS!
